The State of Arkansas Office of Child Support Enforcement is pleased to present the Medical Support Services Consortium (MSSC) available for participation by all child support agencies.

This multi-state consortium is designed to assist the IV-D community in efforts to identify available health insurance coverage for their respective caseloads.

The MSSC offers child support agencies a RISK FREE OPTION to dramatically increase the effectiveness of their medical support programs.

Open to all state and local child support Agencies, the MSSC offers a complete package of medical support services, including:

  • Identification and verification of dependent health care coverage
  • National Medical Support Notice (NMSN) generation and response processing
  • Comprehensive customer service to employers, plan administrators, custodial, and noncustodial parents
  • Web based database tracking of services
  • Employer medical support web site

Current MSSC Members Include:
Merced, Riverside, Sacramento, and San Mateo counties in California;
Arkansas; Louisiana; Nebraska; Rhode Island; South Dakota; and Ohio.
