National Carrier Match & Verification

With access to health insurance carrier data, child support agencies can expect to receive new coverage information on a significant number of dependents annually. All leads are verified 100% prior to submission to your agency. Agencies can elect to receive medical policies only, or minor policies as well. Child support agencies may also elect to receive insurance termination dates to maintain the integrity of the data loaded to the child support system.

National Medical Support Notices

With membership to the MSSC, child support agencies can receive the benefit of full notice generation and response processing, or can choose to have response processing only.This service includes complete follow-up on incomplete, waiting period, and future date responses as well as non-compliant employer follow-up. Agencies can elect to receive both enrollment and non-enrollment results in data layouts and formats that work for you.

Customer Service Call Center

NMSN activities require a fully staffed call center; provided at no charge under MSSC member- ship.The call center is staffed with trained representatives to answer questions from employers, custodial and noncustodial parents, as well as child support agencies representative. All calls can be monitored and call activity is tracked in the MSE TRACER application. Additionally, an agency specific customer service email account is established for all members to facilitate communication between caseworkers and the call center team.

Employer Web Site

With MSSC membership comes the Employer Web site at no additional charge. The web site interfaces with the data tracking application and provides employers with a paperless process for completing the cumbersome NMSN. Web-Based Tracking

All data relating to MSSC insurance identification and enrollment activities are tracked together in one application, MSE TRACER. This includes the verification and storage of national carrier match results a well as actions relating to the NMSN. Enhanced Wage Collections

The enhanced wage collections match utilizes the noncustodial parent file and the state wage file to identify employment information on noncustodial parents ordered to pay child support. The key to success is our ability to 'match' employees with absent parents using demographic data, where an SSN match would not have yielded a link.
